Love the story, the music, everything. Yes the graphics are, well, from 2005. But it doesn't bother me that much. It suits the atmosphere of a fantastical, 19th century fiction.I would reccommend to Myst fans, though it differs a bit from the Myst games. Overall I think it's a little less obtuse than Myst because it's clear what your goal is and what you need to achieve it. There are multiple ways to solve situations. So it's easier, being a lot more casual, however some of the puzzles are quite difficult. Some of them will be especially stimulating for a musician.One thing that's kind of unique here is the inventory system. You can have many many items which you need to try and combine in different ways. This can be both fun and frustrating. It's a lot of "Which item goes here?" "What does this combination do?". It's unlike Myst, and also unlike other puzzle games featuring an inventory because not all the items are important, or will be absolutely necesary. Overall I really liked it. I couldn't get it to run on windows 10 at first, so you might want to check the forum for help if you have issues as well.. good game, some puzzles are super tough but you'll get the hang of it, just take notes.. After presumably having taken a copious amount of recreational drugs you, your two gun loving buddies and your chicken come up with the greatest idea of all time. I give this a 10\/10. I can't wait for the upcoming sequel that was announced at this year's E3, there's been rumours that you'll finally be able to play as the chicken in the DLC.. I would not recommend this game. There is a lot of time spent trying to figure out what the heck to do next. Little to no explaination as to what you should do to progress. I got to the moon, three hours into it. I got stuck (for the millionth time) and quit after 15 minutes of clicking everything I could. There are also certain things you need to find for achievements, but it's extreamly easy to miss them. (Throw something important off of the shuttle perchance? It's okay, you can restart all of your work.) I bought it on sale, it still wasn't worth it to me.. insannnnnnnnnnnnne. I would have given it a mediocre option if I could but its either a yes I would recommend or a no I wouldn't so I picked a no. I liked the voice actor, the atmosphere, the environment but thats all I liked really. No story to it apart from your 2 companions on the voyage to the moon had died but you know why and how they died at the beginning anyway. You encounter aliens and alien plants but not much in terms of story with them either. Lets talk about the puzzles they are hard I mean really hard. . Perhaps if there were clues around then that wouldn't be so bad and there are hardly any (unless there are and I missed them!) certainly requires alot of thinking. I had to go to a walkthrough many many times Im embarrassed to say. perhaps if there was a story I may have had more incentive but there wasn,t. I didnt know what was happening next and quite frankly I didn't care. overall though it was an ok game if your an avid adventurer point and click gamer. also the inventory made the game alot harder than was needed really as I had way to many items like around 50!!!. had to restart 3 times. cannot save. crash after attempt to click on investigate button. the game seemed interesting, though.. I got this game with a badge coupon for 90% discount. Saw how old it was but thought "o well might as well check it out"And ooh boy...did I get sucked in. I am allready a big fan of point n click adventures, and this is a true classic. I have to admit i got impatient at times, not taking enough time to read back in my log. Some parts I found quite hard. I did not finish it without a lot of dying and trial and error. And also peeking a walkthrough from time to time. Usually the result of that was me thinking: , ahh yeh, this makes sense, i should have thought about that. At 1 occassion i found a mistake. I got so frustrated , that eventually a walkthrough helped me. Only way i could have maybe solved this was by randomly trying combinations. I iwll describe the issue below with a spoiler alert. Altho not knowing is rather a spoiler in this case;)At some point you have to call out for the aliens outside using an organ. You have to push the button in a certain order to get the aliens moving. One alien , according to the instructions should be called with first the blue and then red button. This is not true! This must be first purple and then red! The story is very cool, the variation of puzzles too. It really felt like learning a new language;) Also the reward for completing parts is nice. You unlock parts of the story with that.Abolutely recommened for point n click lovers........and Jules Verne lovers. After all, the story is about his book. And since he is a brilliant writer, that alone makes playing this game worthwhile. Glad I managed to land safely on earth again and glad I discovered this adventure. 9\/10. Voyage : Journey to the moon is a Point and Click game that tell us a story about a man that go to the moon, and must find a way on the moon to get back to the earth. For me, this game has a great animation and gameplay. The puzzle is good but it needs high creativity and thinking that makes the puzzle too hard sometimes. I can finish this game earlier than I expected because I searched for walkthrough lol. I stuck at many points because the puzzle needs some rollback about what you saw earlier.Anyway, this is a good game. Recommend this game for someone who likes science fiction story and point and click adventure game. (For my playtime, my game crashed when I almost finished the game and I didn't save the game for a 5 hours of gameplay and so my playtime increased a lot orz )7.5\/10. Nice story based on Michel Ardan's voyages.The game play is simple, but not always intuitive.Some puzzle demand more thinking and intuitions then others.I had fun and recommend this game, especially if you want something more challenging then normal puzzle games.This is an adventure and you need to learn how things work.
